I Can Manage My Business

Carried out under the partnership of TÜRKONFED, Visa and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in cooperation with Boğaziçi University and with the support of 30 banks and e-money institutions, “I Can Manage My Business” project was launched in April 2019 to support SMEs in gaining the knowledge and skills they need to increase their existing capacities, make their life cycles sustainable and realize their growth potential.

Aiming to provide training to 3 thousand SMEs in 18 provinces during the three-year project period, and to provide mentorship to six SMEs annually by TÜRKONFED and TÜSİAD, the project reached 2,400 SME representatives in 74 provinces and mentoring was provided to six SMEs in 2.5 years with face-to-face, live online training and online training systems.

I Can Manage My Business project provided e-commerce infrastructure and digital marketing consultancy support free of charge to 200 SMEs in order to quickly respond to the digital transformation needs of SMEs in the 2020-2021 period. .Providing supports regarding fast website establishment with e-trade infrastructure, establishment of payment infrastructure and marketing and initial advertisements, the project provided free consultancy regarding ensuring analytics and search engine optimization of websites, and starting to use digital marketing channels in the field of digital marketing.

I Can Manage My Business, which has also launched the online education system, prepares SMEs for the digitalized world and contributes to the increase in their competitiveness in the Turkish and world economy.
