Ahmet Kurt
Ahmet Kurt was born in 1956 in the Zara district of Sivas and completed his primary and secondary education in this district, and his high school education at the Sivas Technical High School Electricity Department, with honors. He took his undergraduate degree from the Gazi Education Institute, Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 1978.
 Starting work as a Switchboard Technician in the Ankara Telephone Directorate in 1976, Kurt was appointed as the Chief Technician in the same institution in 1978. Serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Technicians Union magazine until 1984, and as NETAS Ankara Regional Manager in charge of Türk Telekom systems in 1984, Kurt founded NETMON, a multi-partner company that provides infrastructure and hardware services in the communication industry in 1998.
Kurt became a member of the OSIAD Board of Directors in 2009, OSIAD Vice President in 2011, and OSIAD President in 2015, and he served as ASTOP spokesperson between 2012 and 2014, and as TÜRKONFED Vice President for a certain period. Kurt also took part in the SEGBİS, FATIH, Rural Area Central Maintenance Systems, Urban Security and Management System, New Radio, Core Network and the DC Energy systems projects, and he still serves as vice president of HTK. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Ankara NETMON A.Ş., Honorary Chairman for OSİAD, Deputy Chairman for the Board of the GTENT company, which will commercialize 5G service, Chairman for the Central Anatolia Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations Federation (İÇASIFED), Member of the Board for Anadolu OSB, Advisory Board Member for the Ankara University Technology Development Center (ASTAM), and Coordinating Member for the Ankara University Smart Systems Technology Research Center.
