Hüseyin Öztürk, who was born in Kars in 1965, entered the hosiery industry in the family company since 1982 after his education and worked in hosiery production and yarn trade until 2004.
He continued production and import-export in his own company, which he founded in 2004. Incorporating Rapsodi brand as of 2006, Hüseyin Öztürk continues his activities in the hosiery industry as a manufacturer, importer and exporter. Having worked as a founder and manager in many non-governmental organizations, Öztürk has been the President of the Fashion and Ready-to-Wear Federation (MHGF) since June 2012 and the President of the Socks Manufacturers' Association (ÇSD), the only umbrella organization for the socks industry in Turkey. Having established Candostu Organ Bağışına Evet Platform, one of the most important social responsibility movements in organ donation, in cooperation with Turkish Transplantation Organizations Coordination Association (TONKKD) and R.T. Ministry of Health, Öztürk has also been the Vice President of the Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TÜRKONFED) since May 2018 and also the President of the Ready-made Clothing Export Development Association (HİGE-DER) established in June 2018, of which he is one of the founders.
