Güçlü Kaplangı who was, Born in Istanbul in 1972 , graduated from Austrian High School, continued his studies at Marmara University, Department of Business Administration (German), and then completed his master's degree in International Marketing at Marmara University. Afterwards, he completed his PhD in Strategic Management (English) at Gebze Technical University.
He launched his company (Ind Endüstriyel Dayanıklı Tüketim Ürünleri San.ve Tic.A.Ş.) which he founded in 2009 and continues his duty as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Operating under the brand N'DUSTRIO in the Industrial Kitchen Industry, the company exports to 57 countries around the world with over 100 employees. The company also carries out licensed production in its facilities in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (Lefkoşa) and Azerbaijan (Baku).
Kaplangı, who has worked in different non-governmental organizations throughout his business life, He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TUSİD (Kitchen, Laundry, Service and Catering Equipment Industrialists and Businessmen Association ) which of he has been a member of the board since 2005 between 2018-2023.
Kaplangı was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EVFED Federation which consist of ZÜCDER (Glass Glassware Producers Association), PAGDER (Plastic Industrialists Association), AGİD (Lighting Equipment Manufacturers Association), MOBSAD (Furniture Industry Businessmen Association), PASDER (Association for Development and Dissemination of Stainless Steel Use), TUSID (Industrial Kitchen, Laundry, Service and Catering Equipment Industrialists and Businessmen Association) in April 2024.
