Ramazan Kaya was born in 1967 in Bursa. He completed his primary, secondary and highschool education in Bursa. After graduating from the school of busines administration at the faculty of economics and administritive sciences of Uludağ University in 1991 he completed his master at the product management and marketing department in 1994. He started out his professional carrier as sales representative at Tora packaging firm in 1996 then after leaving his post as sales manager ,in 2002 he launched Akademika packaging firm.
As a NGO enthusiast, he held the vice presidency of the association of the alumnis of the faculty of economics and administritive sciences of Uludağ University (BIMED) for 4 years and then the presidency for 4 years. He held the vice presidency of the association of Bursa young industrialists and businessman for 2 years and then the presidency for 2 years. He also held the presidency of the presidency of 24. Professional committee between ?2013-2018 at BTSO. Since 2018 he has been holding the presidency the of executive committee of MARSİFED of which he also held the vice presidency between ?2015-2018. He is also the member of the executive committee of TÜRKONFED of which MARSİFED is the subsidiary. As a NGO enthusiast for 17 years he is married with 2 daughters.
