Born in Çayıralan, Yozgat in 1966 and graduated from Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Chemistry in 1990. Between 1990-1992 he had deal with his private business. From 1993 to 2005, he had involved several duties in different organizational levels at Nevşehir Cement, Çorum Cement, Yozgat Cement within the structure of Yibitaş-Lafarge Middle Anatolian Cement Inc.,as well as he has worked at various positions in Lafarge Aslan Cement between 2005-2010 ,then worked as Technical Director at Adoçim Cement and Concrete Inc.
Since January 01, 2013 he became a Board Member of Turkish Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) as a representative of Adoçim Cement. He was elected as a Vice Chairman of TCMA Board at March 18, 2016 and took place on various working groups of TCMA. Finally, he is still CEO of Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association, Secretary General of Construction Products Producers Association, and Vice Chairman of TOBB (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey)’s Cement and Cement Products sector Assembly. Mr. Bulut is married with two children, and speaks English.
