Volkan Bozay

Volkan Bozay received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from METU (Middle East Technical University) Ankara in 1992 and his master's degree from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in the United States. Volkan Bozay started his professional career in the public sector as an Assistant Specialist at the Undersecretariats of Treasury and Foreign Trade and after having his master's degree in Finance and Strategy, he was appointed as Head of Finance Department at the Housing Development Administration (TOKI) and Board Member of Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust in Türkiye. He transitioned to the private sector in 2006 and began working as the Corporate Relations Manager at British American Tobacco(BAT) Turkey after leaving his post as the Deputy General Director of Promotion at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Mr. Bozay, the Turkish Cement Manufacturers’ Association's (TÜRKÇİMENTO) CEO since October 2020, is also the Secretary General of the Building Materials Manufacturers' Federation (YUF) and the Vice President of TOBB Cement and Cementious Materials Council, and also serves as the Steering Committee's Chairman for the Council for Quality and Environment(KÇK) . He is married with three children and can speak English and Turkish.
