Semrin KALELİ

Semrin Kaleli completed her undergraduate education at Gazi University and worked as a customer representative in a private company in the finance sector after obtaining her degree. After four years of experience in finance, she and her husband settled in Çorum in 2004. Following three years of experience in her father's industrial company, she and her husband established their first company, Başer Makine, in 2007. The initial years of production in the milling machinery sector evolved into a process where they could undertake project-based manufacturing.

The company, with the brands Lemoulinfort and Robinson, along with two other companies, has successfully completed dozens of project-based installations for facilities such as flour, corn, semolina, rice, and continues its production.

Between 2009 and 2012, Semrin Kaleli served as the President of TOBB Çorum Women Entrepreneurs Board while concurrently being a member of the Provincial Employment Board. With a project aimed at qualified employment supported by the EU, she contributed to the employment of 50 new female workers in Çorum. From 2014 to 2019, she served as a Member of Çorum Municipality Council. A founding member of Çorum Business Women's Association in 2014, Kaleli has been serving as the president since 2015. In 2016, she pursued International Relations and Political Science education at Anadolu University.

Semrin Kaleli took on the leadership of projects supported by the T.C. Ministry of Interior, such as "A Job for Women" and "Women in Partnership - Participate Produce Market." She has also made significant contributions to the promotion of the Hittite Civilization, co-leading the project "Peace Queen Puduhepa of the Hittite Land" with the TOne Association, enhancing the global recognition of Queen Puduhepa.

Currently serving as a board member of DEIK Turkish-African Council, Semrin Kaleli is also a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), Çorum Organized Industrialists Association, and Milling Machinery Manufacturers Association. She is currently completing her education in Philosophy and Religious Sciences with a thesis at Hitit University.

Continuing her roles as a partner and Vice Chairman of the Board at Robinson Foreign Trade Inc. and Başer Makine Ltd. Co., Semrin Kaleli is married and the mother of three children.
