Hira İkra Kantar was born in Istanbul in 2001. She graduated from İstinye University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration with high honors and continues her education in Anadolu University, Associate Degree Program in Justice.
She has been conducting volunteer work in the field of civil society since 2019. She has taken an active role in youth and sports-themed projects, and has served as a participant, assistant instructor and instructor in domestic and international projects within the scope of Erasmus+.
She took part as a researcher in the project titled “A Language on the Verge of Forgetfulness: Circassian from Past to Present” supported by the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Student Research Project.
She continues to take an active role in studies that bring together education and project experiences and produce social benefits.
