Mustafa Özer was born in Afyonkarahisar on March 16, 1984. He completed his middle and high school education at FMV Nişantaşı Işık High School, and then graduated from Koç University Faculty of Business Administration. He is married and has two children.
In his professional career, he serves as a partner at MPM Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Mustafa Özer, who also takes an active role in civil society organizations, served as the 19th Term President of the Young Managers and Business People Association (GYİAD). He is also a member of the following institutions and associations:
